Rental conditions

§ 1 The cottage is rented out for the agreed period at the given price, 25 percent of which is payable at the latest seven days after the booking is confirmed. The balance is payable on arrival.

§ 2 Tenants are expected to take good care of the cottage

§ 3 Tenants are responsible for damage caused to the property. Any such damage should be notified immediately to the landlord.

§ 4 Tenants are not permitted to let the cottage to a third party.

§ 5 It is the responsibility of the tenant to clean the cottage, toilet and shower at the completion of the tenancy.

§ 6 The landlord is responsible for insurance of the cottage and contents.

Information

• The cottage is available from 2pm on the Saturday until 11am on the following Saturday. (Other times could be available under a mutual agreement with the landlord).
• No smoking inside the cottage.
• Bed linen and towels are not included.
• Please air out the shower area after use.
• The cottage has a TV with parabol and a CD player.
• When using the barbecue please place it on the concrete slabs in the garden. Because of possible fire risk please contact the landlord when it is necessary to empty the ashes.
• Bicycles are available and are included in the rental.
• Use of a boat with electric engine is also included as well as a family fishing permit which must be carried at all times when fishing. Fishing rods/lines are not included. For more information about fishing possibilities please contact the landlord.
• Please park your vehicles in the provided parking place.
• The cottage is expected to be cleaned on vacating the premises. Please report any damages to the landlord so that repairs/replacements can be made before the arrival of new tenants.
• The deposit for the key is refunded when the key is handed back to the landlord.
• Please do not feed, frighten or approach the animals which are in the vicinity.
• You may have a visit from our cats. We would appreciate it if you do not feed him or allow him inside the cottage.
• There are good swimming places at the nearby lake and other lakes in the vicinity.

Nearby Services

In Linneryd(4 km) has one food store and a gas station

Lessebo(14km) has two larger food stores, chemist, doctors, dentists and several small restaurants.

Tingsryd(23km) has a similar assortment of shops and services but is slightly larger.

The nearest large town is Växjö (42km) which has a complete selection of shops supermarkets, theatre, cinema etc

There are several glass producers in the surrounding area, Kosta/Boda/Orrefors , Sea, Skruv to name a few and brochures are available in the cottage. More information can be obtained from tourist offices in Tingsryd & Växjö.
